Fact: going for a walk really does clear your mind

Many of us already know that going for a walk is a great way to clear the mind, eliminate writer’s block and other obstacles to getting work done, and even reduce stress.  For some of us the only way to make it through the day is to take a walking break from time to time.  Well, it turns out all of the things we praise walking for have been scientifically proven.
