A new studyfrom the Harvard School of Public Health shows that women who consumed more inflammation-triggering foods and fewer inflammation-restraining foods were up to 41% more likely to be diagnosed with depression. 41%!
While that sounds scary, there is some good news. Foods like leafy vegetables, olive oil, wine, and coffee were all on the list of good inflammation-restraining foods – not that many people needed much motivation to enjoy more of those!
