New Pilates Class at Restore

Pilates for Every Body is a new class at Restore beginning on April 19 at 12 noon that will aim to help you connect to your inner core. Using breath as the bridge between our nervous system and muscles, we will work to awaken our sleeping muscles, strengthen our backs, and build more energy to get through the day. This class uses foam rollers to stretch and strengthen for a full-body workout. Class size limited to 5.
