Why everyone should walk 30 minutes a day

The greatest piece of knowledge it shares is that in Japan, Shinrin-yoku — translated as “forest bathing” — is the act of walking in nature to manage stress and relax.  And that is exactly how it should feel when you go for a walk in the woods: exercise and relaxation all in one.
