Yoga and Pilates
We are committed to helping people enjoy vibrant health through our comprehensive approach to physical therapy and beyond. Our small group wellness classes support you in achieving your goals whether you are in physical therapy, have finished your course of treatment, or even if you have never been a patient with us.
All classes are taught by clinical staff.
Class size is limited to 4 to 6 participants.
Individualized attention addresses your needs and allows you to progress at your own pace.
Current and former patients may try a class for free.
Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30 AM
Explore yoga in a way that challenges but does not strain your body as you build strength, flexibility and focus. Experienced and beginning practitioners can enjoy this mindful approach to yoga.
Relax and Restore
Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 PM
This class mixes restorative postures with sequences that release tension from the neck, shoulders and hips. We end with a guided relaxation.
Friday 8:00 - 9:00 AM
This is a vinyasa-style practice that flows through standing postures, balances, and heart opening poses. Strengthening poses are offered and can be modified to accommodate all levels.
Friday 9:15 - 10:15 AM
Using a chair allows you to move your hips and spine while taking care of tender joints. We practice seated and standing postures with a focus on stability, balance and safety. Class ends with stretches that can be done on the floor or in the chair.
Pilates for Every Body
Wednesday 12:00 - 1:00pm
This is a joyful class that helps you connect to your inner core. Using breath as the bridge between our nervous system and muscles, we can awaken sleeping muscles, build greater support for our backs, and have more energy throughout the day. This class uses foam rollers to stretch and strengthen for a full-body workout. Class size limited to 5.

Yoga instructor Susan Moore is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. She is also a licensed massage therapist, long time Tai Chi practitioner and teacher as well as a registered yoga teacher at Nirvana Yoga. She works with people of all abilities to develop strength, stability, and greater ease in daily activities.
Pilates instructor Carla Becker is a Physical Therapist at Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. She brings to her work over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, as well as training in manual therapy, treatment of osteoporosis, and Pilates Rehabilitation.
