Pelvic pain in both men and women may be caused by numerous factors including joint dysfunction, muscle imbalance and weakness, nerve pressure, tender points, and post-surgical scarring.
At Restore, our therapists have experience in both orthopedics and pelvic floor physical therapy. They provide pelvic floor patients with a two-step evaluation that screens for pelvic dysfunctions as well as orthopedic issues that can cause or contribute to pelvic pain.
Patients always have the undivided attention of their therapist for the full hour of their initial evaluation. During the evaluation and in each 40-minute session that follows, patients receive treatment, expert advice, and a customized plan of care in a serene, private environment.
