Patricia J. Young, PT, MS, DPT

Patricia specializes in treating pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic pain, urinary stress incontinence, urinary retention, and constipation. She has a passion for working with prenatal and postpartum clients. She is a member of the Section on Women's Health of the American Physical Therapy Association and has studied women’s health physical therapy under Janet Hulme, PT and Beth Shelly, PT, DPT. She is a member of the Pelvic Pain Society.

As a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, she is a former student of The Manual Therapy Institute. She is also a member of the Section on Orthopedics.

Patricia has completed continuing education in Body Awareness and Physical Action in the Treatment of Trauma as well as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Across the Life Cycle through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy® Institute (SPI). She is a member of The New England Society for the Treatment of Trauma and Disassociation.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, she earned her Master’s Degree at Springfield College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Temple University.



Carla Becker, PT

Carla has over 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. She has worked with many diverse populations and has studied manual therapy and functional movement techniques extensively.  Recently, she has completed courses in Osteoporosis and Pilates Rehabilitation.

 “Through my own personal journey towards health, I have realized it is important to be active participants in our healthcare. I will help you develop a plan of care that promotes pain-free functional movement with better alignment and core stability. Health and healing are lifelong commitments."

Carla is a graduate of Hunter College Institute of Health Sciences, New York City and a member of the APTA. 



Paul Warner, PT, MS CMT

Paul has been studying human structure, movement, and the relationships between body, mind, and spirit for over 25 years. As a Physical Therapist, he integrates his experience with massage, mindfulness meditation, and yoga with advance training in Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Functional Science, and BioSychronistics to create a space for patient self-understanding, empowerment, and healing.

Paul earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts in 2006. A native of California, Paul has lived in Massachusetts since 1995.




Cathy has been a physical therapist for over 20 years.  She specializes in treating both men and women with pelvic floor-related disorders. This includes urinary frequency and urgency, incontinence,  constipation, prolapse, pelvic pain and pregnancy-related conditions.  She also is highly experienced in treating orthopaedic injuries and post-operative conditions in active and athletic adults. Cathy incorporates a variety of manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercises to meet the individual needs of her patients.

 Cathy earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Springfield College.  She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. She also has a certification in Manual Therapy (MTC) from the University of St. Augustine, is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and is a Graston Technique provider.

Cathy has played soccer since she was a child and played for Springfield College (Go Pride!). She resides with her family in Easthampton and enjoys running, biking, yoga, snowboarding, watching any sport, and traveling.



Jessica Miller, Office Manager

Jessica was born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, where she graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2005 before moving to Western Mass in 2008. Jessica has experience managing medical practices in the Pioneer Valley since 2012, beginning her career in the field as a medical assistant and quickly moving into office management positions. She is now our Office Manager at Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness Inc.
